We ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies in order to promote a trusting partnership and to identify and minimise potential risks at an early stage.

The risk-based process for selecting suppliers is an important component of our compliance strategy. All of our suppliers complete the Kroschu Capability Check during the onboarding process. Ut involves reviewing legal conformity, including all relevant certifications and regulations.

The shared willingness to comply with all requirements and standards – also in the area of sustainability or ethical responsibility – is enshrined in our contracts.

We also provide regular performance results from our real-time monitoring as part of supplier development programme. In doing so, we consider successful aspects and areas with room for improvement and therefore ensure steady fulfilment of our compliance requirements.
