I have forgotten my password for the Kroschu Portal.

You will find the "Forgot password” option in the login area. After entering your user name, a link will be sent to your registered email address. You can then reset your password after opening the link. Please note that this option is only available if you already have a user account.

For which purposes is the Kroschu Portal used?

The Kroschu Portal provides a central and secure platform with which you can easily share data and documents. This means that even sensitive data such as drawings and enquiry data can be exchanged quickly and simply. What is more, the Kroschu Portal provides a clear overview of the tools you need (such as eSourcing, ASTRAS or QAD-Allocation) as well as a matching link to the login.

I would like to download the Kroschu Terms and Conditions of Purchase or other generally applicable information. Do I need an account to do so?

Some documents are also available to you outside of the secure area. These include Kroschu's Terms and Conditions of Purchase or the supplier manuals with the general requirements for our suppliers.

How does 2-factor authentication work?

Only authenticated users can log in to the Portal in order to fulfil our high security requirements. A link will be sent to your registered email address, which you must confirm within an expiry period of 10 minutes. The user account and your login credentials will be activated as soon as the link is confirmed. Please reach out directly to the admin appointed in your company or your responsible Kroschu buyer if you fail to click on the link before it expires.

I received a notification that someone has used my credentials to log into the Kroschu Portal – what should I do now?

If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, please change your password immediately and report the incident to us without delay: support.portal@kroschu.com

I have not received any feedback regarding my quarterly quality or logistics performance.

Please note that our suppliers will not be notified in the event of an A or B result. This means that monitoring of your performance has returned a positive result and does not require any further action at this time. Your usual Kroschu contact will only contact you directly in the event of a C result.
