General

I have not received any feedback regarding my quarterly quality or logistics performance.

Please note that our suppliers will not be notified in the event of an A or B result. In this case, the monitoring of your performance shows a positive result and no further action is required at this time. Your usual Kroschu contact will only contact you directly in the event of a C result.

I would like to report a concern. Where can I do this?

In the Compliance section, you will find all relevant information, including the Kroschu Code of Conduct and the Whistleblower Policy.

I would like to download the Kroschu Terms and Conditions of Purchase or other generally applicable information. Where can I find them?

Many documents and links are available in the “public documents” folder of our Collaboration Portal and can be accessed without logging in.


Supplier Portal

I have forgotten my password for the Supplier Portal.

You will find the "Forgot password” option in the login area. After entering your user name, a link will be sent to your registered email address. After opening the link, you can reset your password. Please note that this option is only available if you already have a user account.

For which purposes is the Supplier Portal used?

The Supplier Portal provides a central and secure platform for the structured exchange of data and documents. This means that even sensitive data such as drawings and enquiry data can be exchanged quickly and easily.

Collaboration Portal

I did not receive the login emails.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the emails, please contact your responsible buyer for assistance.

I forgot my password for the QAD Collaboration Portal or the link to create a new passwort has expired.

Please use the “Forgot password” function to reset your password quickly and easily. If the issue persists, please contact your responsible buyer.

I am having login problems. What could be the reason?

Please make sure that pop-ups and cookies are enabled in your browser. If they are blocked, the login process may not work correctly. Please also ensure that you always use your username to log in. Your username was provided in the login emails you received. If you can no longer find these emails, please contact support.esourcing@kroschu.com for assistance.

Please note: The link to set up your password is valid for 48 hours only. If you are unable to activate your account within this time, please contact support.esourcing@kroschu.com.

Can multiple employees access the portal using the company account?

Yes. Multiple users from the same company can access the portal. The proxy/substitute function also allows users to represent one another or share portal access.

How can I register on the Collaboration Portal?

Registration is handled by the responsible buyer. Please contact them if you have not yet received your login credentials.

Will RFQs continue to be sent by email? & Can I ask questions regarding RFQs?

No, RFQs will no longer be sent by email, as the use of our Collaboration Portal is mandatory for all suppliers. For any questions please use the messaging or comment function within the respective RFQ.

Who can update my company data?

All active user accounts can update company information and personal data, request new user accounts and deactivate existing user accounts.
