Kromberg & Schubert stands for innovation, responsibility, and team spirit – and this is also reflected in our long-standing partnership with the Berufsbildungswerk Sankt Franziskus in Abensberg. What once began with catering services has now developed into a real success story.
We have been supporting integration internships in the IT sector at our Abensberg site for some time. The aim is to give young adults with mental or neurodiverse impairments a practical insight into everyday working life. Thanks to our training structure and experience in the IT sector, we were able to integrate the interns optimally – both professionally and personally.
The results speak for themselves: the participants impressed us with their commitment, new perspectives, and valuable input for our team. We are particularly pleased that we were even able to offer three interns permanent positions after their internships.

Our conclusion:
inclusion succeeds when openness, trust, and common goals come together. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with the Berufsbildungswerk – and to getting to know and promoting more talented individuals.
