We are delighted to welcome our new chairperson of the Youth and Trainee Representative Committee (JAV) to her new role!
With a great deal of commitment, new ideas, and an open ear for the concerns of our trainees and young employees, she is taking on an important role in the company.

The JAV is an important link between junior staff and company management—it ensures that the interests of our young colleagues are heard and represented.
